EVERYTHING’S ROSY CHICKEN STEW
A satisfying savory “light rose tinted” soup of chunked
Chicken Breast, chopped Tomatoes, mixed Stir Fry vegetables & Angel Hair
Pasta noodles

SERVING SUGGESTION: We love this served with a Big Fluffy Biscuit & *Honey Butter (see recipe below stew recipe), Warm Cinnamon Apple Cider ~or~ Diet Ocean Spray “Crancherry” juice drink & mint leaf, over crushed ice.
1 - Dutch
Oven Stewing Pot & lid, 1 - 4Qt. Past Pot – Food
Processor (for chopping) – Large sharp Meet Knife, Optional: Large Soup Tureen
& 2 Cup Serving Ladle.
SOUP BASE INGREDIENTS:
SEASONINGS
MIX: 1 Tbs. Ground Sage, 2 Tsp. dry Dill Leaves, 2Tsp. Course Ground Black
Pepper, ½ Tsp, Garlic Powder. 1 Tbs. Onion Powder (do no use seasoning
salts!), ¼ Tsp. Pink Flaked Sea Salt
(Mix
seasonings together, add to water)

can of condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (add to water)
1
can of Chopped Peeled Stewed Italian Tomatoes + juice (add to water)
2Qts.
Cold Water (add following “Base Ingredients”)

Lg. Skinned & Washed Chicken Breasts (cooked whole for 30 min. then cut
into very large chunks)

Lg. White Onion peel, remove ends & wash (chopped)

Baby Carrots peel, wash & remove leaves, & Chop (leaving ½ of top leaf
stems on)
*Save
carrot top washed leaves (knife chop & add to soup)

Celery Stalks, wash, remove leaves & de-thread (chopped)
*Save
celery top leaves (knife chop & add to soup)
INGREDIENTS ADDED LATER:

Lg. Pkg. of Frozen Stir Fry Vegetable Mix with Water Chestnuts & Pea pods
(defrosted)
4oz.
Pre-cooked Angel Hair Pasta (break into ½” pieces), cook separately from base
ingredients, rinse drain & set aside.
BASE INGREDIENTS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring to a rolling boil (cook for 10 minutes) Then
reduce heat to medium heat (cook at a bubbling simmer for 20 minutes) Then
chunk cut chicken, put back in pot & add the following ingredients as
instructed,
REMAINING INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS:
ADD
Fry Vegetable Mix, Carrot & Celery tops leaves to partially cooked chicken
soup base, reduce heat to light simmer (Cook 10 minutes) then,
ADD Pre-cooked
Angel Hair Pasta & finish cooking stew for 5 minutes, remove from heat
& ladle into a covered soup tureen & serve.
*Honey Butter Mini-Recipe
Suggested side dish with Biscuits
Whip 1Lb. of Real Butter (until fluffy, Stir in ¼ Cup of Orange Honey (or Clover Honey + 1Tsp frozed Orange Juice concentrate); Whip again until mixture is a pale yellow creamy texture (max. 2 min).
(suggested serving portion, 2 Tsp. per Large Biscuit or Bread slice)
